Custom Handmade Desk Organizer

Introducing one of the newest items offered by AC MaxWeld.  This particular one went to Nick in AZ.  Nick had been requesting that I build him a 9 ft rusty saguaro cactus for quite some time.  A 9 footer didn't happen but this one was about 4" and seemed to fit pretty nice on the desk organizer.  I had the idea of making a metal piece to put pens, pencils, business cards, etc. on a desk.  This was my first attempt at this item and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.  This one was sandblasted and clear coated.  If you have an interest in one of your own please feel free to contact me at: acmaxweld@gmail.com.  Design, color and coating are all optional.  I will be listing them on my Esty site and taking orders.

Full Steel Coffee Table Build

This build was a fun one.  The client asked for a coffee table made out of steel.  They really didn't want wood of any sort in the design and left the concept up to me.  General size was discussed but I was granted a lot of freedom.  Knowing a little about the clients style and where this piece was going to live, I came up with this clean design made from 1.75" steel tube for the frame and legs and 3/16" sheet as the top.  I made custom adjustable feet as well on this table.
